How to Make a Holiday Burlap Wreath
We’re in the holiday swing of things over here so today we’re sharing this super easy, budget-friendly burlap wreath for your holiday decor. All you need to get started is a glue gun, a wire, wicker or foam wreath, and one or two burlap colors of your choice. We used Metallic Burlap for a little festive shimmer and then some natural burlap fabric.
Burlap wreaths are great for any time of the year, so use different colors of burlap for different seasons.

What size do you cut the squares? Also what are the best forms to use? Your instructions were rather vague, maybe you can improve on them with the answers to my questions. Thank you.
Hi Mary,
Apologies for that! The burlap squares were cut around 4 inches. The size could vary depending on the size of your wreath form but 4″ is a good guideline. 🙂
How many yards of fabric do I need??
Hi Jan, This wreath is small and used 1 yard of natural and 1 yard of red, though there was quite a bit left over. 1 yard total of burlap should be enough unless the wreath is large. It also depends on the width of the burlap. Some is 40″ and some 60″. For a large wreath with 40″ burlap, you might want 2 yards to be safe.
