12 Fabrics Featuring Marsala (Pantone’s 2015 Color of The Year)

What do you think of Pantone’s 2015 Color of the year?

Last year I pulled together some fabrics featuring the 2014 color of the year, Radiant Orchid. But when I went to find Marsala-colored fabrics this year I had a bit of trouble. I typically use the color search tool on OFS to narrow down fabrics within a certain hue but what was Marsala? Was it red? Pink? Orange? Brown? Every time I looked at the various photos of it I saw something different.

I mean, don’t dislike it…just not sure what to make of it. What I am sure about though is that it’ll be fairly easy to bring that earthy Marsala vibe to a room in your home with one of these 12 fabrics.

I think they hit it out of the park this year. Last year was a little too intense for me. But his color I can see working well with almost anything. The above fabrics are absolutely beautiful!! The Richloom Gloria Jubilee and the P.Kaufman Ophelia Carob were two fo my faves. Thinking of summer….
