Some of you who work with Trigger fabric may be wondering why it's so hard to find anymore.  Well, the mill that manufactured Trigger fabric went out of business and therefor Trigger is no longer available.  However, 5 oz. poplin works just as well as Trigger does. You can use it for the same purposes as you would with Trigger fabric. 

For those of you who aren't familiar with trigger, it is a blend of polyester and combed cotton.  It is typically used to make flags, crafts, and apparel.  5 oz. poplin is also a blend of polyester and cotton and can be used to make DIY projects (including flags), apparel, and crafts.  For all the people who use trigger to make flags, 5 oz. poplin is very similar and will work just as well for flags and banners.
