What could be more basic than soft broadcloth fabric in a go-with-everything shade of white? This 80% polyester, 20% cotton fabric also offers a generous 57/58” width. White broadcloth fabric is both durable and versatile. It is tightly woven for sturdiness yet soft and comfortable to the touch. Use broadcloth to sew women's blouses and little girl's dresses or for a comfortable dress shirt for the men. This strong fabric can also be used in craft projects such as costumes, quilts, and throws or washable tote bags and carryalls. Around the house, broadcloth can be used as a backing for a duvet or to make a crisp looking bed skirt and pillow shams that will coordinate with your existing bedding. It drapes beautifully, so use it for window treatments or pretty table linens such as table cloths, napkins, and placemats that can be used all year long!
