Cotton batiste is a lightweight fabric that consists of 65% polyester and 35% combed cotton for softness. This dark color can be used in home décor, craft, and sewing projects. Suggested uses include: as a liner under clothing such as beaded evening gowns, lingerie, and nightgowns, or as a liner for Halloween or theatre costumes. Black batiste can be used to line window treatments made from a dark fabric. Create liners for baskets to avoid snagging items and to give a chic and classy appeal, or line the inside of purses, tote bags and other carryalls. Quilters, crafters, and seamstresses will find many uses for this black cotton batiste!
