Use it in the kitchen as a wrapping to infuse sauces and dressings onto meat, or use it as a strainer for sprouts and tofu. Bulk cheesecloth is also ideal for commercial applications as a cleaning cloth since cheese cloth is soft and absorbent. Grade 10 Cheesecloth is very thin with 20 x 12 threads per square inch. Use it for applications that require good air and water flow through the cloth, bulk applications, or a very light drape. Cheesecloth is also often used with wool batting to prevent bearding in quilts. Grade 10 Cheesecloth fabric is ideal for cooking, polishing, and filtering wines.
