Pencil Pleat Shirring Tape makes sewing pleated curtains easy. Simply sew this 4 inch tape to the back of the drapery heading and pull the cords to create the desired amount of pleating. There are channels in the shirring tape where you can insert pin-on drapery hooks to attach to drapery rings or a traverse rod.
