Types of Tulle
Tulle can be sold by the yard or by the bolt and varies from 54” in width to 108” depending on the type.

Plain Tulle
The most basic of the options offered at OFS. Plain tulle is an affordable polyester netting that comes in all different colors and sizes. Because its so affordable, it’s especially popular for decorations at weddings where large quantities are needed.

Glitter Tulle
Glitter tulle is the same polyester netting as plain tulle but has been dusted with glitter to add dimension and sparkle. Be aware that there is a small amount of glitter fallout with this material.

Premium Tulle
A 100% nylon material that is lightweight but more durable than plain tulle. It comes in standard sizes and also 108” wide rolls. Premium tulle is often used for wedding gowns, veils and other fine garments.

Sparkle Tulle
This is a high fashion material that can be made with either nylon or polyester and has a shiny sheen as opposed to other more matte tulle’s. Unlike glitter tulle which has been coated with glitter, sparkle tulle is made of strands of material that are shiny themselves to create a dimensional and classic look.
